1. Acceptance of Terms

4. No Guarantee of Results
You understand and agree that regenerative treatments, including stem cell therapies, involve inherent uncertainties. Renova Therapies does not guarantee cure of any disease or condition unless explicitly stated in a written treatment agreement.

5. Pricing, Payment & Refunds
All pricing listed on the website is in USD (or other specified currency) unless otherwise indicated, and is subject to change without prior notice. You will be provided with a written treatment agreement that outlines payment terms. Services already rendered or appointments missed or cancelled without required notice are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

6. Appointment Cancellations / Rescheduling
If you schedule an appointment or treatment, you must provide at least the required notice (e.g., 48 hours) to cancel or reschedule without penalty. Failure to provide such notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposit paid.

7. Privacy & Data Use
Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information. By using our Services you consent to this collection and use in accordance with that policy.

8. Intellectual Property

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Quintana Roo, Mexico (or whichever jurisdiction applies to the practice) without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising under or related in any way to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Quintana Roo, Mexico.

14. Entire Agreement
These Terms together with the Privacy Policy and any other documents expressly incorporated by reference constitute the entire agreement between you and Renova Therapies regarding your use of the Services, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, communications and proposals (whether oral or written).
